Our AMEK Design + Build team invites you to visit our Bloomington, Edina, and Inver Grove Heights remodels to help you envision what your home could be! The free Fall Remodelers Showcase home tour is set for Sept. 26-28, noon to 6 p.m.
Remodelers Showcase Details:
Organized by Housing First Minnesota, this Fall Remodelers Showcase event offers homeowners an opportunity to tour real home remodels for real families in the Twin Cities area. The Remodelers Showcase is the sister event to the Parade of Homes.
AMEK Remodel Descriptions & Addresses:
R15: Inver Grove Heights – 8950 Almquist Way
Kitchen and mudroom/laundry area remodel – These Inver Grove homeowners trusted our AMEK Design + Build team from a project on their previous home. Focusing on scaling this kitchen to match the rest of the spacious home, we also elevated the centrally located kitchen with upscale finishes and custom cabinetry to truly make it the centerpiece of the home. Featured elements include the Cambria countertops and full-height backsplash, chef-level appliances, arched niche beverage center with built-in coffee maker, thoughtful organization solutions, and gold accents. A bonus part of the project was updating the laundry and mudroom area.
R23: Bloomington – 9655 Upton Road
Kitchen transformation plus 2 bathrooms – After years of frustration dealing with an outdated kitchen, it was time to move forward with an open concept floor plan to connect the main living areas. The result is a warm space featuring white oak cabinetry, quartz countertops, beautiful cross lighting, large island, custom cabinetry, built-in pantry, and plaster range hood. Add-ons were 2 bathrooms – an updated main level powder room and a new basement one.
R32: Edina – 6632 Limerick Dr.
Lower level remodel – Rec rooms are back! This Edina family of 6 is excited about their basement makeover from a dark and cold area that no one wanted to relax in to a bright and inviting space that encourages play and interaction. With room for air hockey and foosball plus movie watching, the rec room is sweetly set up with a beverage bar. Off on each side is a set of two bedrooms with a gorgeous bathroom with upgraded finishes.
