As Minnesotans, we love being near any of our 10,000 plus lakes. For our clients who bought a waterfront property close to the Twin Cities, it  was a lucky find.  The challenge was how to build a new house on a compact lot.  These empty nesters are delighted with their well-planned home that nudges them to regularly soak in the views of Lake Minnetonka whether it’s from their back porch, kitchen island, or bedroom balcony.
