At most parties,  it always seems like the kitchen area is the hot spot where everyone wants to be – even if it’s not big enough to be the life of the party.  After hosting several years of parties in their beloved Minneapolis bungalow with its original divided layout, this couple decided it was time to get serious about having an open space that allowed guests room to move about and mingle.
