An Etch-A-Sketch approach to shaking up the floor plan and starting over on the main level of this 1967 Edina colonial is yielding an open, optimized, ritzy result.

Tired of dealing with a small u-shaped kitchen and awkward layout to the main living area, it was time for a thoughtful design. A ritzy kitchen with gold accents is the corner piece to the remodel.
