Ready to entertain again! Richfield homeowners partnered with our AMEK Design + Build team to move around the puzzle pieces to create a space perfect for friends and family to be together.

Thinking outside the box while staying inside the box: Our designers took on the challenge of preserving the family-favorite porch rather than using the space to expand the main level. Instead, we moved the staircase from the middle of the house to the outer wall which sparked a new, high-functioning floor plan in this 1953 rambler.

The solution – kitchen with large island, beverage bar, intimate dining room, modernized living room, and efficient mudroom – has made for happy homeowners who are now more than ready to entertain again!
