The AMEK Design + Build team is excited to once again participate in the Spring Remodelers Showcase, and this year we’re bringing three beautiful transformations to the tour.
This free Twin Cities remodeling event gives homeowners the opportunity to walk through real remodeled homes and experience how thoughtful design and expert craftsmanship can transform everyday living.
Our AMEK remodels located in Bloomington and Eden Prairie include a stunning split level renovation, a reimagined entertaining-focused main level, and a whole home transformation.
Members of the AMEK team will be onsite each day to answer questions and share how our collaborative design + build process guides homeowners from initial ideas through final construction.
AMEK Remodels on the Tour
R2: Bloomington Split Level – 10717 Morgan Avenue S.
This 1971 split-level home was reimagined with a bright, open main level designed for modern living. Removing walls around the kitchen and living areas created a cohesive space for gathering, while a new two-tone kitchen, custom storage features, and white oak flooring bring warmth and functionality to the home.
R5: Bloomington Main Level – 7804 Bush Lake Drive
This main-level remodel transforms a 1993 layout with awkward posts and angles into a refined open space built for hosting and family life. The updated kitchen anchors the home with custom cabinetry, quartz surfaces, and a beverage bar featuring a nitro tap for cold brew coffee.
R13: Eden Prairie Whole Home – 19055 Valley View Road
After an unexpected water leak, this 1978 Eden Prairie home was taken down to the studs and completely reimagined. The remodel introduces modern lines, a contemporary kitchen with waterfall island, and updated finishes throughout the home.
We are grateful to these homeowners for opening their homes for the tour.
