Organized by Housing First Minnesota, this Fall Remodelers Showcase event offers homeowners an opportunity to tour real home remodels for real families in the Twin Cities area.
The Remodelers Showcase is the sister event to the Parade of Homes which features new construction houses. The Parade of Homes is celebrating its 75th Anniversary! AMEK was featured in the Guidebook in flashbacks of the decades. Our design team was assigned the 2000s on page 32.

R6 Richfield – 6609 Emerson Ave. S.
Main level remodel – Ready to host dinner parties again! The new open floor plan changes everything including how wonderful entertaining is going to be with an organized kitchen and island with seating, intimate dining room, pantry storage, living room update, and beverage bar. You will be fascinated by how creative thinking solved this home’s puzzle – and preserved the cherished back porch.
R12: Eden Prairie – 1089 Grant Drive
Kitchen remodel plus bedroom, bathroom and laundry room updates –Boosting Daily Life! Removing walls around the kitchen opens up the opportunity to engage with the kids during meal prep, breakfast, and homework time. With a connected main level, natural light now illuminates the area throughout the day. In this split-level home, we also addressed lower level needs with a reconfiguration of the bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area for a boost to functionality. Daily Life Is Good!
R13: Eden Prairie – 10327 Nottingham Trail
Main level remodel with fireplace wall and entry finishes – Bringing Everyone Together! This young family was seeking a calming, open layout that encouraged interaction and supervision. The new layout gives sight lines in the main area, so meal prep and clean-up can be more relaxed when there isn’t a mystery of what the kids are doing. Walk-in pantry, double ovens, quartz countertops, and lots of seating make for happy chefs!
